I have known Marybeth and her family since I was in first grade. Wow, where has the time gone? She came to me and asked that I take her engagement photos and I'm not going to lie I was nervous, but very excited at the sometime. This session screamed romance, you can see the genuine love this couple has for each-other shine through in these photos as well as in person. Natural light, grassy hills, an old rickety fence, throw in some barb wire, a gorgeous couple, and you have the art of love at its finest. Over 400+ shots and I had to really start getting critical when picking my favorites because they didn't take a bad picture. Thank you Michael and Marybeth for being a photographers dream and for most of all trusting in my ability to capture you both at one of the most important times in your life.

The Light
I am approaching people to take their pictures now to help build my portfolio. My oil painting hobby has been on the back burner for a long time now. Why!? Did I mention my kids are very active, which would be the biggest understatement of the year. Much thanks to all my friends and family as I become more serious in exploring a hobby that has really turned into something I can't seem to get enough of. The creative beast within, needs to be tamed! My kids have opened a door for me that not only allows me to grow as an artist, but most importantly as a mother. Always good to see the light.
