Memorial Day Weekend

I always love visiting the city.  The family and I were there for Memorial Day weekend visiting my sister, her boyfriend, and friends. We had a great time. I love exposing my kids to the culture and diversity of the city along with all the architecture and beauty.  I don’t know of any other city where you can walk through so many culturally diverse neighborhoods and never lose sight of the hills. A three day weekend to celebrate our country and the ones we love and appreciate. God bless America and thank you to all those who serve our country!

The Peterson Family: A Party of 6 not 5... 6!

To know the Peterson Family is to love the Peterson family!  I know Jenny through my daughter's preschool at St. Marks here in Sacramento.  I was very excited when she purchased my basket of goodies this year at the St. Mark's silent auction, which was this photo session. Jenny has been an admirer of my work and I couldn't wait to deliver for her. When the party of 6 got out of their car I was in heaven admiring how fabulous and pulled together they all looked.  A stylized shoot with coordinating colors and textures is EVERYTHING! I knew we had to work quick because with little ones they only last so long. Photographing all of you with those amazing blue eyes is a photographers dream.  Jenny is not a real fan of the camera, but I wouldn't let her turn away.  I thoroughly enjoyed myself and hope to do this again in the near future. Your family is gorgeous and Mark is one of the luckiest guys I know! : )

Mother Daughter LOVE at its Finest

Nicole and I use to go to high school together 12 years a go. She came to me a couple weeks a go and asked me to photograph her baby girl Addison. I was very flattered to say the least. Someone who admires my work is always greatly appreciated because I work hard at perfecting my craft. Thank you so much Nicole for asking me to photograph such a memorable time in your life.
